Preparing for your visit

Appointments are appreciated and preferred.

Walk-in and emergency visits are accommodated during regular business hours for an additional fee.

Critical emergencies are prioritized over appointments and walk-ins, and scheduled appointments are prioritized over walk-ins. We will keep you updated on timing and availability if there is an emergency case requiring our doctors' immediate attention. 

Please call ahead to let us know you are coming, or to schedule an appointment. 

What you should bring:
  • Your pet on a leash or in an enclosed carrier
  • Medications and/or supplements your pet is currently taking
  • Previous medical records, such as vaccinations, blood work performed in the last year, and history of chronic illnesses
  • Name and amount of foods you are currently feeding, including treats

Please arrive to your appointment 10-15 minutes early for check-in, to fill out paperwork, and to allow the doctors time to review your records. You may also fill out our   Client Information Sheet

Payment Options

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill. Payment forms accepted:

  • Credit (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex)
  • Cash
  • CareCredit 
  • Personal check*
*All checks are ACH processed at check-out and require a valid driver's license.

When unexpected illness strikes a pet, associated expenses may be unexpected as well.  We understand this, and are able to make arrangements through the CareCredit program.
